That says to me tickets go on general sale tomorrow at 9am for available seats not held by season ticket holders. Season ticket holders get til Wednesday to reserve their seat. If they don't, their seats then get released for general sale Thursday.

That's not usually how it works though.

The demand on the Ticket Office would be huge if anyone can just buy tickets tomorrow.

From reading that, I'd say it's only STHs who can purchase Monday - Wednesday.

Reading the website I think that fans can buy tickets for areas not covered/reserved by season ticket holders as of tomorrow.

It's simple. Anyone can buy from tomorrow but Season Ticket Holders seats are saved till close of business Wednesday.

its 9am and still no event on the ticket website?

just got my ticket from the comfort of my sofa. Not bothered about paying the extra 2 quid because id of been paying 4 in bus fair anyway!

Well as a season ticket holder the web site isn't allowing me to buy my own seat at the moment. The only seats available are those for general sale!

Just noticed that myself. I suppose I'm just going to have to ring up or wait and see what happens tomorrow.

Emailed the ticket office and the reply says they have been onto Ticketmaster about it but Ticketmaster aren't coming up with a solution at the moment.

Also, I can't see any option for the £3 reduction that we ST holders get until Wednesday on the TicketMaster page.

Went down to the ticket office myself @ 9.30 and there was a decent size que, but they had 5 windows open so took less than 20 mins to get served.

There was season ticket discount for the Cas play-off game last season as well wasn't there? Not sure whether it'll apply in the later round(s) though, and I'm pretty sure any ST discount on Grand Final tickets had to be claimed much earlier in the season.

Looks as though Leeds ST holders get £3 off theirs as well - might be an RFL thing across the board like the free ticket for the CC Round 4?

Got straight through without a queue only 15 minutes ago

I got mine, qued on the phone for about 30 mins, got through the a lad quite clearly new to the job as he sounded like he was reading some kind of script and didn't know what to do with my odd season ticket seat, then before paying my phone cut off.

Ended up doing the process again, but at least after the 30mins this time I had a lad who knew exactly what to do and even knew the reason behind my bizarre season ticket seat.

Hefty phone bill still coming my way, especially when I had to use my mobile because there is no way my work would let me get away with ringing the Wigan ticket hotline!!!

managed to get thriugh after only a 10 minuit wait. was number 7 for ages and then quickly through so not sure if people had just given up infront of me but sounded really busy in the background, so presume they have a number of lines working.
