I cannot speak highly of IFL enough, and not only for reasons related to the club.

I have been critical of the decision to offer BN a new deal when we did but it really seems MM was worth the wait along with his influence on the NRL market,

ILF has taken a joke of a club clinging on to survival living off its history to a team on the brink of once more being a world leading brand in its field with a great future, both on and off the field.

The biggest thing IMO that IL has brought back to the club is "Pride".

There have been times in the past were I've been somewhat embarrased by the "goings on" within the club. IMO we now have trasnsparancy, Fans involvement and a total commitment to be the best both comercially and on the field, We also now have a pathway for both local kids and local coaches to succeed within the club.

He has done so much for the club in the short period of time, It wasn't perfect at first but three years with Lenagan at the helm it has started to click now, good times are in the pipeline.

Until Lenagan publicly rants and raves at either the RFL for the conspiracy against us or Dave Whelan so he messes us about again with the pitch, I've absolutely no time for him.

Done a good job - has injected sound ideas and stuck with them - staff selection, local talent, financial prudence and integrity. Keep it up.

Whether it's this year or in three years, I can't wait to hear the Wigan roar when he lifts a trophy in front Wigan supporters.

I've no doubt it will happen sooner or later and nobody deserves a pat on the back more than him.

Couldn't agree more, and it will ben thoroughly deserved when it happens.

I think the 'rebuilding the club from the bottom up' thing was obviously the way to go. Too often in the past we went for the quick fix of signing a bunch of 'name' players who we hoped would do a job for us, without addressing any of the fundamental problems.

I was a great admirer of Mo during his first stint at Wigan. But I think that during his second stint we were a ship without a rudder. Possibly because he was either too old or too set in his ways, or both.

On occasion I've wondered about IL - the way certain people who he's brought into his organisation have left under a bit of a cloud. Nobby was the obvious one, but also people like Lydon, Pendlebury, Unsworth, Hogan. Every case may be different - I don't know what their personal working relationship with the man was - but you can't help wondering if these guys simply didn't share IL's apparent number one priority, which was to make Wigan RL a top club again. It's interesting that known Wigan fanatics like Shaun Wane and Kris Radlinski seem to be thriving under his leadership.

he has changed our club for the better we are now ran and operated as we should be and has def brought back the feel good factor at Wigan RL

as well as that he is a top class bloke and has time for the fans i remember in France the other season he came sat with us for a good 30 mins had a beer and a chat about our club then bought us a giraffe (anyone who has been to catalan will know what they are its not the animal

)

with him running the club and madge running the team i think we have a very good future ahead
