He says that we missed O'Loughlin in last years WC and that he is a great leader and player. Wonder if that means he'll get the nod over Sinfield though?

I think lockers will get the nod in the second row. The back row will be Ellis, Lockers and Sinfield.

I'd drop Sinfield and move Burgess to the 2nd row.
We could then start with Peacock and Morley with Eorl and Carvell on the bench.
Morley
Moore
Peacock
Burgess
Ellis
Lockers
Not a bad pack tbf shame the backs are absolute gash

If past experience is anything to go by I would suspect so. The problem is evidence also suggests Sinfield is found wanting in the forwards at International level. Given the fact that he's left Pryce an Burrow out, maybe he's looking at Sinfield in the halves?

| God help any England or GB side that is built around the key pivot of Kevin Sinfield.
That's what seems to be happening at present, and I can hear the Australians laughing about it even from here.

| If Sinfield is to play then I would play him at hooker. He has played there before for England / GB and IIRC had a very good game.

I just dont get it with him. Outstanding at Superleague level, but put an england jersy on him and players who are much much worse outplay him.

| Locky has got in the squad over JJB in my opinion and will be used in that workhorse capacity in the secondrow.

I'm doing this at work sorry.
Even better then drop Crabtree
Graham
Sinfield/Moore
Peacock
Burgess
Ellis
Lockers
Even better team as Morley & Carvell to come off the bench!

| Play Ellis in the centres. Morley, Graham, Peacock and Crabtree as the four props.
O' Loughlin and Sam Burgess at second row, Sinfield at 13.

That's a massive pack! Still leaves the problem of taking a risk on Sinfield showing his club LF form at International level. Something he has so far failed to do.

That's the idea Our backs are going to need all the help they can get.
To be fair to Sinfield, he's not the only player who looks less than quality at international level. I think the fact that Super League is so far behind the NRL has more than a little to do with it.

That's a decent pack, and I agree we could do with Elli's size in the centres, i'm just concerned he might be off the pace after playing so much second row. not much options though

| Until we have 4 or 5 english players week-in week-out playing first team in the nrl we'll always be miles behind. That'll be the sign that our players are in demand in australia, hopefully Burgess/Flanagan/That young fullback can join the level of success that Morley and Ellis had/having.

Who would you play in front of him in the centres? Personally I'd go with him and Shenton.

I'm sure you will just thinks it's my Leeds bias but imo Sinfield has never had a prolonged run in one position for GB, I thinks he's good enough for GB but beating the aussies/nz is a different matter

| I agree with Tony Soprano that Sinfield has never had the chance to show what he has at Int level but my pack for the 4n would be...
Graham
Moore
Peacock
Ellis
Westwood
Burgess
Morley
Carvell
Roby
