I think Fielden should be dropped he hasnt showed anything to keep him in the squad but what i dont get is why drop Ainscough when he is playing very well and keep fielden in the squad who hasnt showed anything good ??

With Eamon O'Carroll injured we only have Prescott, Feka, Coley and Fielden as our only recongnised forwards (except from some of our acadamy lads) if we took Fielden out of our team we would be in much worse of a position than we are in now.

Ainscough is playing today.

He wasn't in the 19, only been brought in after carmont and pryce fell ill.

Pryce played in the Reserves and came off with a suspected fractured cheekbone. He was never going to figure in the squad today or else he wouldn't have been in the Reserve team.

Ainscough was outstanding with ball in hand and caused them no end of trouble but again proved his positional play needs alot of work with Blanch scoring to trys from kicks that he should be dealing better with.

Overall though outstanding stuff from him.

As for Fielden he did pretty well i thought. I criticised him as much as anyone recently but he ran the ball in ok today, didn't make any errors and defended well.

Ainscough was again outstanding in attack but will be even better when they work on his tacking like all wingers needs improving but you cant drop him for the saints game.
