Noble has been at Wigan for a few years and cannot argue that this is his side. Dont see Wigan much but there have been massive calls for Leulaui at hooker whilst your reserve scrum half is being given a chance.

Noble has survived on a decent play off run, but his time may have ran out.

I couldnt renew my season ticket this year cos I am gettin married and with the stag do etc. i will miss 4 games on Friday night. Mick Hogan phoned us asking why i wasnt renewing my seaon ticket so i said:

"well if Brian says that it only counts at the end of the season, then i will only pay to watch at the end of the seaon as obviously Brian is not caring about the season ticket holders wanting entertainment every week so why should we?" needless to say he was a bit dumbfounded.

I don't think we were that far off the money today. A couple of silly penalties and silly plays (mostly Lockers) cost us field position and we were made to pay for it, we were caught defensively out wide with a player playing his first full blown game in a number of years and looking very tired. Losing Hock so early was a big blow too. We scored some decent tries, Ainscoughs was an absolute pearler.

Long way to go, but I wasn't too disheartened... Had we had Bailey in for Coley and Richards in for Pryce we'd have been looking for a comfortable win.

Rather its more that I'm not for jumping on the we're bandwagon. We're not that far off the money, there were some very nice passages of play tonight, unfortunately offset by some distinctly average. Again, it's players you expect better of, e.g. Lockers, but not far off it. Cas were very good tonight, well disciplined and they exploited Pryces lack of match fitness.
