I can't see why the Storm would let Widdop go, or why he'd want to go with him being first choice stand off, and with the form he's showing there.

Yeh I posted on here about Widdop a few weeks back. Without exaggerating hes literally been one of the form players in the NRL. Unless he is desperate to get back to the UK (which considering he emigrated out there with his family and has a young family of his own there now I dont think he would be), then I can't seen anything but him being offered a new deal with the Storm.

The only club with a more active rumour mill then our own is Hulls. I've read numerous times Hull fans saying they were signing one of our players over the past couple of years from Fielden to Leuluai and now to Hock.

It's comes with the territory of being a big club desperate to have some success. Our rumour mill really calmed down over the past 12 months and the reason for that is because were finally happy with what we've got and we don't need to daydream about winning trophies anymore.
