Yeah, one of our group went down when it wasn't working online, queued for an hour and then I've managed to get them online and he's left the queue. He said it would've been at least another hour.

When you first click on the Wigan vs Saints fixture, it takes you to a page that says tickets available from £5. Have you clicked on that? that then brings up adults, concessions and kids for me.
Guess it would need to be a call or trip to the ticket office if you're getting past that 'tickets from £5 page' and it is still only bringing up kids tickets.

Try putting the amount of tickets that you want in box where it says ticket quantities box in right corner plus or minus then click on the arrow unreserved area and all the prices should come up

| I couldn’t get online this morning , so phoned ticket office , was 31st in the queue , 3 hours later I was first in the queue then it cut me off . I’m absolutely f$&kin fuming

| Online seems to be working much better today for anybody still struggling. I couldn't buy tickets yesterday and had various different issues at different times of the day. Went on today and bought the tickets i wanted in 5 mins no bother. Single £1.50 delivery charge but that is a bit of nothing really.
Hopefully this spells the end of our issues with the new ticketing system.

| I can't get any tickets through the ticketing system. First it said they were not available to me, now it says sold out! I'm not prepared to drive to the ticket office and spend hours queuing, or to spend forever hanging on the phone. I'm a STH so I shouldn't need to do these things, and I expect the club to sort me out tickets as a priority. I haven't missed a GF game in years, but it's looking like I will this year. Challenge Cup tie, just the same.

7000+ season ticket holders allowed to buy 4 each. 3000 tickets. I’d say they are gone mate.

I would have expected an announcement from the club though if that was the case.
I have a feeling they may have kept a certain number of tickets back (say 1000 as a guess) to be sold on general sale.
I would suggest anybody still wanting tickets to be ready at 5pm to buy them, if that is possible for them of course.

nothing official on the club website yet
just been on Warriors fans forum, and they are having issues with tickets for the cup match now. Someone needs a good slapping for implementing the system that is far from ready and loads of missing data (ie season ticket holders)

Update!
I got a reply to the email I sent to the ticket office (see previous page of this thread) asking for my phone number to sort it out.
And just now had a call from A Very Nice Woman there, and a Saints ticket is now in the post to me, and a Sheffield e-ticket will be emailed to me in a couple of days, and she was very polite and thank you for your patience etc, and I said, I know it's not your fault, but you're taking the stick, etc. So, all good. But this chaos needs to end soon.

| I know a lot of people aren't happy on the other site, but I just don't get the uproar?
Why do people need to see their season ticket in their account, even though it has zero use for the next few weeks? People complaining, or ringing the club to chase, are just adding to the problem. It will either get sorted and we'll have them, or it won't and we'll have another temp e-ticket.
So far, we've had one game this season and the club made sure everyone who'd paid for a ticket got one. I'll admit that I was confused about the arrangements for the Hudds game, but the ticket dropped in my inbox in plenty of time and I got to see the game. Wasn't really that big of a deal. I also purchased the seat next to me for my other half and again, that was a smooth process.
Looking onto GF, it seems we've sold out our allocation. Firstly, that's how it should be on GF & we should be happy about it. Secondly, does it not show that the system is working? ST holders getting priority for buying away tickets, a benefit/perk they promoted to help sell said ST's.
Personally, I'm a ST holder and can't go. I've had people ask me if they can buy my ticket, or if I can get them one. Let's not beat around the bush here - demand for tickets and people trying to get hold of them is not only good for the club, but good for the sport too.
Who knows, people who missed out, might even purchase a ST next year as a result of this.

I'm a STH, and I wouldn't have even got a Saints ticket at all if I hadn't pestered the ticket office with an email, and then got this eleventh-hour phone today, as detailed upthread. So they clearly haven't "all sold out", or, at least, some have been put aside. People are a damn sight less likely to buy a ST next season, if it's not even going to guarantee first dibs at Cup and away fixtures. hopefully it'll all be sorted out soon, but to dismiss fans' concern as no more than people whingeing that haven't got a plastic season ticket yet is way off the mark.

It isn't tho. Have you not read the threads on other site. People moaning because they haven't go their ST "even though the paid for it last year" etc. There are plenty of people moaning about it.
FWIW, I can only go off my experience. I logged on last week and could buy one ticket for the Saints game. That's my allocation and I didn't take it up. It was simple & the ticket was there if I wanted it. Likewise, I've logged on for Sheffield tickets and my ticket is reserved for me.

| Sigh. As I hoped I'd made clear, my experience was not as fortunate as yours. And I'm not the only one. Sure there are some people complaining about season tickets. But that's not all of it. It's just muddying the waters to suggest so. Plenty of people have had issues obtaining Saints and Sheffield tickets. The fact that you appear not to be one of them, is not the point.
