Haven't received my activation email yet so I've been down to the ticket office and joined a queue of folk in the same boat,
Apparently on a few accounts the new system glitched and moved the client details across except for your email address, they don't know why, I was asked to email tickets@wiganwarriors.com with name, address, phone no. and active email and they'll transfer them manually onto the new system and you should receive your activation code shortly.

| My son has set up a new account,recieved his new account number via email,put details in to buy a season ticket + gets the 'sorry there is a problem with your details' message
I have set myself an account up to try sort it + get him one through that way + getting the same problem. Rang them 104 minute wait

There were about half a dozen in front of me and same again behind by the time I’d got to the front, probably there about half an hour only the one lad at the counter, couple of Latics fans joined the queue and had the same issue trying to get tickets, good job we’re not at home this weekend

| Hi
I have TWO tickets for this weekend's match up against Penrith, and can't make it. Does anyone want them? They are in the West stand WS7 on ROW A - these are the rather pathetic print at home ones....that I can email to you, or you can collect the printed ones that I did?
I did mention it on the WW Facebook page and someone responded, but nothing since, so rather than throw them, they are free to anyone that could use them or know someone who would.
PM - First Come etc.....if you don't get a response, they've been taken!

I know we have to play Hudds at some point in the season, but the week after the WCC (regardless of the result) has anti climax written all over it.
Going from 24k down to half a house, about 50 away fans and a dull side is just meh. Any new fans we potentially get off the back of Saturday will quickly discover the real glamour side of RL.
Not like it wasn't a simple fix either. Before they published the fixtures, they could have just swapped Hudds and Leigh around.

The club, you should've received a 4 digit activation code, took me an in person visit and 3 emails to get one, at this stage the club would be better off saying sod it and just open the gates on Friday

| I got one of the flexi memberships last night and ordered a ticket for Friday as one of my 4 games and what looks like my ticket was delivered but it’s blank and has no barcodes on it. Hoping they send one through when they send season tickets (including my daughters with any luck).

Doesn’t seem like it, I’ve not anyway for me or my daughter. They’ve said season tickets will be emailed in the next 48 hours but no word on individual match tickets.

| Looks like "temporary" paper season tickets will be issued for the Huddersfield game. My understanding is that non activated accounts will receive them via first class post. If accounts are activated a temporary ST will be emailed to individual email accounts.
I believe Digital ST to be issued after the Huddersfield game.

| Just went to check my e-ticket account to see if anything has arrived and it says I'm in a queue??
I'm not looking to buy any, I just want to access my account?? Will this happen once the ST arrives and I want to access it for getting on. Logic says everyone will be looking to login to get their tickets just before KO.
I get that things need to change, but at the same time why can't they have just issued physical tickets to everyone and the ability to manage/forward/buy tickets through this new platform. There was zero reason to go fully digital.

| What I don't understand is why, given Ticketmaster have been doing this sort of thing for more than a little while, has it taken 'til this week, days before tickets are actually needed, to sort this out? Is the back-office at the stadium so inept or inefficient that they're hand printing tickets and typing out emails individually?
