God knows but if Noble wants his future sorted soon i think he could be a dissapointed man.

I feel IL will go for Lam, it gives the longer term element if he is successful, but its a gamble and he would need someone with a bit of experience to work alongside him.

Lam would be somebody i think the majority of us could go along with.
