| Pretty shambolic every time I have dealt with them this season. A big area for the club to develop. It's like they're making it harder to get to the games rather than easier. I just get the feeling that I'm a major inconvenience to the ticket office when I manage to get through to the ticket office to buy a ticket. From the ticket office.

Things really have gone downhill since Simon Collinson left. A few years we had a marketing team that was the envy of the league.
We had a great website, we brought in Wigan TV (one of the first in RL to do so), the Big One Games were very successful early on.
The website these days is rarely updated (last time I looked), out of date content and broken links even. EDIT - Broken links look to be fixed.
It really is an area that has been overlooked over the last few years. The club needs to reconnect with supporters and hopefully Robin Park Arena will go some to to achieve that (it has to!!)
On the field things are going great. Find fresh ways to bring the club back to the people.
The club have recently put some good initiatives in like the free bus, community events... Etc.
The Rugby Camps and free tickets to under 8's is massive for us next year, we really do have an old fan base and bringing youngsters through the turnstiles is a must.

Which is were your more casual fan will turn round and say “stuff you then”.
Finally managed to get my tickets, only took 2days of trying!

| There was an earlier post that I replied to on buying tickets, I went on the website Saturday morning followed the instruction to change my client code , updated my password and then just went to the basket where my seat was saved for me.
I have previously had issues with the site but had no issues whatsoever and prefer to buy online as the phonelines are usually busy when the football season has started. If fans are having issues then they do get frustrated, I have never purchased GF or Cup tickets from the club because of the time it takes and will use the RL one.

| Has anyone been able to get the £5 season ticket discount for south stand online?
Absolute mess of a website. I use to buy tickets on there all the time to avoid the ticket office.
Not worked so rang up after being on hold for 5 mins finally got through. Still couldn’t buy tickets as I didn’t know my mates client code (I knew his name and adress but he “wasn’t coming up on my system”) been told to contact him and get the code of his season ticket.
What a farce, they should make buying tickets as easy as possible. Very tempted to watch it on sky and save myself £20.

| i fear a really low crowd on friday after this shambles i managed to get mine after phoning up but have had to make a trip to the ticket office to pick it up as they said it was too late to deliver.
still can't get online or reset my password, where are you mr lenegan it's time to kick some ass.

Don’t really know, but if we are asking this kind of question 2 days before the game then it goes to show just how poor things have become with the marketing & advertising side of the club. FWIW paying on the day would sort out a lot of the problems people are having.

| I’ve not bought a ticket from the website or the ticket office for ages, preferring to just pay cash on the gate home and away and I get tickets from the RFL for Grand Finals. I thought I’d attempt to get online earlier. Took me about ten minutes to get a password reset link sent then when followed the link it said it’s expired.
Not good at all and it’s worrying to think we’re making financial losses yet people are struggling to give the club money.

| I ordered my match ticket for the Salford game in the early hours of Monday morning and where it gives the option to print/collect/post i chose post as i don't have access to a printer and it's easier to have them posted.I waited until the post had been today still nothing so i went into my e-mails and it's there to download and print so I've luckily got to golborne library in time today to print it off,who is running the ticket office at the moment is it the organ grinder or the bloody monkey

| I've just been online to get my seats for Salford and they have my 6yr old Grandson down as an adult. I wouldn't mind but I phoned them the other week eventually getting through to tell them they had him down as under 18 and to rectify it. It's getting beyond a joke no wonder fans are turning there backs on the game. I'll say it again we need our own ticket office the sooner the better. Just had a look now to renew season tickets and they have him down at under 8 , so why have him as an adult for Salford.

That was my problem, they had to reset it at the ticket office, best to give them a call, they usually reset it to your postcode.
