Has anyone considered how losing Lulu we lose TWO players? HB & Hooker.

Would we not want to replace in both positions?

id back mcilorum to do the full 80, and if he carries on playing as he has been, id be more then happy to let him.

Pomeroy this season has massively improved however last year and before he was distinctly average. I'd be cautious

Poore looked good at St George he performed better than Ryles, he moved to Parramatta and has been average sometimes coming off the bench.

A back up to 9, as I think we only have MM at the club who is SL standard for next year. Filling this position would be second on my list of priorities. Could do a lot worse than Matt Diskin, We should have gone for him when he left Leeds.

For me the main thing we need is a halfback with a good kicking game, plus maybe a bench hooker to give McIllorum a breather. Gelling\Thornley should be good enough to replace Carmont (though I would love him to stay another year) and not having Fielden won't be anything new, a prop combo of Lima. Mossop, Prescott and Lauaki/Flower/Dudson should be more than capable

how about a player like Kurt Batiste or Ben Hunt of the Broncos........halfback / hooker ....young and not a shoe-in for rep honours, maybe get someone like that at a reasonable salary...????

looking at it long term, Farrell or Tuson should looking to replace lockers at loose as he is 30 now ( hope he can go another 5 years tbh) as that is also a pivotable position

I think Farrell is the natural choice to replace Lockers when he decides to leave/retire, cracking little player

People seem to automatically think that because they play in the NRL that they're automatically better. Its not true. Many of those centres and props in the list would not make it at a side around 6th or 7th never mind us

I agree, I said that a few years ago same with Farrell, whichever one suits the hooker role better plays there, look at Terry Newton as he was a second row until Bell turned him into a hooker.

Hooker we have Logan, although I would be worried if MM was to be injured for any period of time but at the same time it could either make or break him.

If we recruit another back row forward both IL and SW need to be shot.

Wingers and full back plenty of cover there. Only a centre is needed but I wouldn't put that as a priorty now as we now have Thornley and possibly Gelling in them positions but also wasn't Charnley a in the academy days?
