TBH i am past caring what Noble does I just want a team I can be proud of instead of this Sh! te that keeps getting dished out in front of us every week. Its getting harder and harder to smile every week when you know come the weekend we are going to be e again. With the same old excuses coming from the club players and coaching staff.

My opinion that he needs to string together 2-3 months worth of consistant preformences to even get close to a deal stands only after tonight the time period has re-started.

I feel IL will go for Lam, it gives the longer term element if he is successful, but its a gamble and he would need someone with a bit of experience to work alongside him.
