I thought the hive was so easy to get to the game, but sadly the new ground is so hard to get to by train, what's the best route to the new ground

It is planed to run a shuttle bus from bus from Trailfinders to Ealing Broadway Station. Before and after the game.
I believe that the LBSA have a volunteer who can do the driving This will make peoples life easier.

Ealing Broadway is the station to use, the ground is mile and half away so walking is about half hour, bus is about 10 mins not sure how regular they are on a Sunday. Or as mentioned shuttle bus.

TfL recommends Perivale from central London but as someone who has tried both routes they're both complete ball aches.

BTW is Hughes stumping up for the shuttle bus?

Why Cowgirl, does your inquiry mean you are offering to put your hand in your pocket and fund the shuttle bus yourself. Very generous if you are.

No such altruistic motives where Hughes is concerned I'm afraid.

Unless the LBSA are paying in which case I would make a donation in terms of bus fare.

Perivale and Ealing Broadway are the tube stations. Perivale is marginally closer but Ealing Broadway probably has more buses. Someone can confirm.

The local train station which is Castle Bar Park and only 10 mins walk from the ground is closed on a Sunday.

There is another Ealing station, but closed on sunday

So on a Sunday when it would seem the games are being mainly played, how far do fans need to walk from the tube stations to the ground?

According to google maps the shortest walking route is 1.7 miles. Some people used to complain about the 0.7 mile hike to The Stoop.

The next ground he moves to will have no public transport links whatsoever & will require the setting up of base camps along the way.

Only then will you have proved yourself worthy to watch the dross served up on the field/waste ground/muddy bog called Broncos home.

E2 or E9 bus from Ealing Broadway takes 20 mins.
E11 takes 17 mins
E10 takes 14 mins

And from Perivale the E5 seems easiest but takes around 21 mins and a little more walking involved.

Looks like the 297 [urlhttps://tfl.gov.uk/bus/route/297/[/url passes the top of Vallis Way from both Perivale and Ealing Broadway.

I've not been on a bus since taking the 222 from Partington to Manchester Piccadilly when I was 10.(approx 40 years ago) Are they still 2 pence?

E7 to scotch common, then a 3 or 4 minute walk.

E11 to Castle Bar Park then a 4 or 5 minute walk.

They're free for some of us.
