There's an old wives tale I heard from the saint helens camp, so take it with a pinch of salt, that a few year back they got an ex-royal marine boxer in to do some training with the squad in the off season.
The first couple of lads got in and did a round or to, coming out knackered as intended. Scully (the tale told) got in and had sat this guy on his 'arris inside the first round.
