With high quality Northern players reluctant to move South and us up to our Aussie quota limit, can't we pick up a bit of quality from all these Kiwi players who are obviously capable of playing at a high standard of RL. Even just 1 would make a big difference to our team. Cant understand how Saints paying for all their internationals under the cap can still go out and sign a Kiwi international whereas we cant, and we arent paying for any 'star' players.

I agree, Rea used to have a good eye for bringing in southern hemisphere players. We're missing that.

Oh and Isaac Luke's nan is Irish. Don't think that affects the overseas quota thingy these days though.

If I was a player looking at SL, Quins or Catalans would be the first couple of teams I would be looking at. Simply for quality of lifesyle alone!
