i was going to go when i first saw the details
but with the performances from then on got me so annoyed i decided that I couldnt bring myself to go and not have a go at some of the squad on the night!!
So for my own safety (joke) decided best not to go

David Howell won "players player" and its interesting to note that both of our players of the year were missing during much of the shambolic finish to the season.

Louie averages 1.4 more carries per game, 0.7m more per carry, 18m more metres per game, more tries, more offloads and more clean breaks.
So stats suggest Louie is more profficient attacker, but concedes more penalties and errors, whereas Karl is more solid in defence, concedes less penalties and errors. Pretty well suited to each other as a front-row partnership.

Within those stats you mention there are other "stories"
Karl always goes through the defender(s) and lands on his front for a fast PTB which isnt always the case with LMS
LMS tackles with his arms allowing the defender to get over him, whereas Karl tackles with his shoulder.

I suspect it reflects the [iworkman[/i like philosophy that B Mac has introduced to the team.
We have seen Mclinden, Hill, H Paul, Tommy L , Hoppo leave in the last couple of years and replaced them with 2 steady Aus 2nd rows, Golden, Howell, Dorn etc
As an after thought do we have the slowest team in the league!
