Statistics said we made something like 290 tackles and they only made 185. we need to work on our attack because two weeks in a row with hudds and now cats we have just watched balls be dropped and scrappy play then the other team capitalise on it

yes its understandable that we dont have our main players but they have all been put into the harlequins squad for a reason, because they have some amount of skill. We keep saying we dont have our full team but then surely they should train so that when people are missing there gap is filled instantly

If only RL was so simple. Train and you'll be good enough. Sadly not. Our squad has inadequate depth and we have been found out. Some of our players are not good enough to play in SL (yet). Simple as.

i do play rugby league yes i know not to the standard of SL but i can play my position at hooker and also 13 and 6. i did exactly as u said train and u will be gd enough and it seemed to work. they should always have a secondary position as this can be vital in times like we are going through at the moment

You've said it yourself, its not SL, you can't just train a player to do something, there has to be some talent there



I'm not sure why you are refering to players playing in different positions - what do you expect, Golden to train hard and play at 6?

The players weren't good enough, and aren't good enough, and we desperately need some faces back. Accept it.

Certain players arent stepping up to fill the gaps left by injuries. Wells, LMS, Clubb, Melling aren't doing enough imo. Sharps trying his heart out, but he cant do it on his own.

Disagree with Melling, but the others might have a case to answer. Wells looked uncomfortable defending in the centres and got caught out.

These players may also be carrying injuries, but playing anyway, it is hard to say.

I think you'll find that Wells is still carrying a shoulder injury, hence being put in the centres. There is a lot of walking wounded and they have to be commended for their efforts under the circumstances.

I disagree with Clubb aswell, he tries his heart out for this club, and imo isn't getting the plaudits for it. IMO of course.
Louie came on after 13 minutes, stayed on for i dont know how long.
IMO, was one of our best players today, did what he was told to do, toke the ball up well.
Haggerty was ok, better than last week.
Karl was good again.
I can't remember seeing Ward other than the first half, now i think back?
Others played ok.
Sharp isn't trying that hard, yes he played well today, but other weeks hes been very poor.

I'm concerned by the fall from 4th to 8th in no time at all.

Everyone is picking up their form and we're falling away.

Two more play off places than previous and we look like we may not even make it.

Familiar ain't it! Who's likely to be back for the Bradford game? Including the expectant fathers we were missing 6 or 7 first choice players, we don't have the depth in the squad and too many players were made to play out of position last night. That said it was a better performance than some we've seen lately.
