That would coincide with his time at Salford.Where he was asked to be director of football (whilst still Manager) and he refused, so was sacked. His court hearing (if it's him!) Is probably down to contractual disagreements ..But seeing as it's in a Scottish JP court which is none more than an English small claims court,I wouldn't bother reading too much into it.

Peter Gill, Steele Retchless, Jimmy Dymock , Hetherington someone of their character and knowledge would be good. They showed commitment, knowledge, want of a winning team, they fought to get results and being popular with team mates and fans came along naturally due to the massive respect they achieved through the way they conducted themselves. That is what we need in the coaching area. Someone with back bone who will tell it how it is and shows respect for commitment and contempt for laziness. You don't have to win every game but you do have to strive to achieve and give effort and commitment every game. I wish the coaching staff well and hope finally we have a duo to drive the ideals and standards forward. Its been a long time since we had that type of attitude at London

Very true, he deserves a chance. He must have ripped into them at half time - to concede only 6 points in the first 20 minutes of the second half,when Fax had so much territory and possession was good going.
