| It is imperative that the club build the crowds, so nothing should be off the table.
I understand season tickets sales are up on 2024 numbers , which is positive. But much work has to be done.

| Giving season tickets to the local amateur club might be ground breaking for Rochdale but we've been there before. It didn't prove very successful then, but given the number of players we now have from our local amateurs, if they indicate an interest in attending then I'm all in favour of revisiting that again. As you say Vic, nothing off the table. I suspect if Cake asked the fans to engage in leafleting etc., it would elicit a much warmer response that if Hughes did.

| I’m thinking more around the schools. SW London is one of the few areas of the capital increasing in school numbers. Targeting Merton, Croydon, Kingston as a minimum with a replica of the Hornets scheme is something that should be done.

The club already works with Merton Council & Wandsworth, which PL is on the boundary off might be a better fit short term than Croydon. Kingston has a number of schools that play Union. Certainly, we have always been under represented in the BAME community, which frequently produces superb athletes. Sadly, mostly to football & basketball. We could certainly do with some 6' 5" 18st forwards to say nothing of lightening quick backs.
