Once again lastnight it was £22 on the gate... £2 more than if you bought a ticket before hand from the club

but were we made aware??? no!

i would of bought from the club beforehand if they had told us,they dont help themselves.

samething happened at salford.

It did state on the Website it would be £2 more to be fair, thats why i went at 3 o clock and got ours.

It's been at the bottom of every thing on the website this week. You should buy from the club anyway brearley! Every bit counts

i do sometimes, cant always get down to the stadium its a detour for me.

I think most clubs charge more on the day, it does usually state on the website - the problem with Salford was that it didnt say before thats why people complained.

What i mean is if it is more on the day it does say on the site etc. very rarely if ever is it not advertised.

So the club is at fault because you failed to read the article completely?

You want the club to change their news layout to put the article after the ticket pricing?

You are not aware that the club gets income from tickets sold from our ticket office despite several announcements and topics on here?

You've admitted you made the mistake before and not learnt your lesson - that's not the clubs fault in the slightest.

If you can be bothered to make the effort to buy from the club to save yourself just £2 then why not make the effort to buy from the club every time to make the club £2 - that way you'll never miss out and our club makes a bit more instead of the away team!

It's often advertised if the price goes up and Fridays game they did as others have said!
Head up next two away games are in hull and both clubs operate a pre purchase pricing! Kr £18 pre bought £19 on the day, fc £23 pre bought £24 on the day. Just in case you fail to see it advertised on the giants website.

How many times this season has it been said that if we buy from the Giants, the club receives 10%? Let alone the fact that it is usually cheaper to pre-buy. It's been said on here, the Giants website, HGSA website, the Examiner, Facebook, Twitter, etc, etc.

It should be second nature to buy from us.

If people can't get down to the ticket office [and can't get a friend to buy for them, then why not pay the small postage cost? It is more than offset by the savings made.

was my mistake on this one i admit... but it wasnt for the salford game and this is why i wasnt happy.

i am aware the club gets 10% of all tickets sold.. like i say though not always convenient to go down to the ground for me with work etc.

for what its worth ive been to every game home and away this season so far.

But every ticket you buy from the stadium the Giants earn a fee.

How should the club advertise it more ? not been funny but surely if you want to know how much it costs for an away game the 1st place you would look is the Match tickets section on the official website wouln'dt it ?

It tells you how much it is to pre-buy and if it goes up on matchday .....not sure what you want them to do apart from fly a plane carrying a banner above Castle Hill for a week leading upto the game.

Actually it is not always cheaper to buy from the club prior to the game.

I bought two tickets for Catalans, got charged £18 each, when the face value said 18 Euro, which works out at approx £15.50, how come our club didnt reduce the price?

When you phone up, the club certainly post out tickets for CC and even magic weekend. I live in manchester and have always got them posted if the away game is over this side. I don't even think theres a postage charge either worth bearing in mind if you haven't time to pop down to the stadium.

That's the exception which is why I didn't pre buy.

Here's an idea buy the tickets after a home game,then you don't have too make a special trip.the club gets it's 10% and you get the discount.simple or i'm i just thinking to hard lol
