Really wanted to have Halifax away but Sheffield messed that one up!
My head says Sheffield at home (just get into the hat for the quarters)
My heart says wire away! (would love to knock them out at there spot)

But whoever it is away or at home we need to back the boys to the hilt! Great chance to win a trophy now saints and Leeds are out main two contenders have to be Wigan and wire then us cats and hull!

Nobody seems to know? Not been announced I don't think! With the quarters a good few weeks of the rfl won't rush *rolls eyes*

Home tie please

I'd like a home tie against Wigan or Warrington with the same promotion as this weekend - another 11000+ crowd would be really good for the town and the team.

Then maybe London to draw Sheffield and us play the winners in the semi (IF we get that far!!)

Sheffield at home will do just fine for me. Get the easiest draw in the quarters and see what happens in the semis if we get through to them.

I'm dreaming of Wembley again.

Might not guarentee a big gate from both sides fans but in terms of national and international attention no other possible tie could even come near. Think some people who are bored of turning out for Leeds v Wire or Wigan would go down for that one so a 65,000+ gate would probably still be on the cards.

My predicted draw is:
Giants v Hull FC
Wigan v Sheffield
Catalans v London
Widnes v Warrington

Said I was delighted when we drew Leeds and was asking for Wigan or Wire if we beat them, so home tie against either will do cos we can't get up to speed for the games against Batley but certainly put on a performance against Leeds!!

Another price it right home tie and a 11000+ crowd and let's test ourselves against the best cos you have to beat them to win it!!!

Amazed a few of the "experts" weren't actually sat in the studio wearing Lids scarves and Kevin Sinfield masks on Saturday. As for Davies, he's pathetic and along with his mate Ray French needs putting out to grass.

I was rolling in my chair watching and listening to the way sinfield and Leeds were being bulled up by everyone in the studio- Kevin sinfields kicking lol, peacock v eorl - lol at the stats getting further apart, Wilkins comments at half time, giants wont s ore again- lol. Made em look a bit daft- any newbie would be thinking do they know what they are talking about?

yes i dont like him either, hes more a rugby union fan! and a leeds fan!

Peacock made more meters (221) than the 4 Giants props put together thought he had a tremendous game as did Eorl two great efforts

Sinfields stats for the game also stood up compared to his opposite number pitty the both of them arnt wearing giants shirts cos if they were the club would be winning things
