gale opted to stay with bradford when he played for them v catalans...kopzchak didnt because hes coming here.

Scott Grix with a good forward pack will be great at stand off.

Can't see it to be honest, not creative enough. Doesn't seem to be able to organise. Out of the ones above, its a no brainer, chase everytime. Not too clued up on visa's but, he's married to an british and he's played for England. Surely he can't need a visa!?

We don't need another player who can cause internal issues after the season we've just had!

Any player can cause an internal issue. I understand theirs probably a higher risk level of an issue occuring but he would be a great addition. If he's man managed right he ll be fine. All teams probably have players who don't get on but the public just don't know.

Put Chase behind a beaten pack, with no runners and he is like every other stand-off: useless, exept he's useless and a lot more expensive.

Grix not creative enough? Looking at his attacking stats:

Danny Brough only has four more try assists, looking at those stats I think he's creative enough to keep his spot next season. He also has a decent long and short kicking game, which I think was a bit of a missed trick in that all of the kicking duties seemed to go to Brough this season, which the opposition spotted and closed down very quickly.

For comparison, Warrington's first choice half back pairing. It's not exactly apples for apples, but it's something that shows Scott Grix is creative enough, with a decent pack and some confidence he will do just fine.

and if you are relying on your halves to do your defensive duties you are knackered before the game starts

So playing behind a beaten team and still managing to assist 29 tries, 44 offloads, and willing to take the on the defense more in tackle bust clearly shows that hes not useless as you state. One thing for sure, is that is grix and chase switched teams, grix's stats wouldnt look as good as chase's does in a poor team.
