Do you think Brown leaving will be a major setback or do you think his assistant will carry on as before in the way that Wane has at Wigan.

No idea yet mate. It would all depend on if we could finally manage to get some silverware this season I suppose.

Think assistant Phil Jackson taking over at the Chicago Bulls or Bob Paisley at Liverpool.

I think Baloo has worked with Nathan long enough to see how he gets the best out of players so he'll carry on using the same system but with a little bit of his own ideas added.

Moreover Baloo has won silverware under several coaches. He knows what those guys did to win trophies (something NB has not experienced).

Think if we can sign more of our players on longer contracts we can carry on as normal for his 1st season at least. See what he's like at bringing in quality players and gaining the new players trust and respect. One thing Baloo is good at is getting his players fired up.

Looking forward to Baloo taking over actually, all those years under NB will have taught him loads, along with his own ideas i'm hoping its a natural progression under him rather than wholesale changes to how we play.
Plus he seems to have an excellent relationship and respect with/for the players already.

Disapointed NB has gone to Saints - If he wanted to stay in England it would have been good to get him. However, does this imply the NRL were not knocking at his door? If not why not?

Quite agree, he's done a great job for you guys. Hope Anderson can do the same, always liked him as a player.

Still only done half a job IMO, needs to actually win something to complete it. Will he manage that this season or leave with half a job done? Only time will tell, think with the squad he has a trophy is a must.

That's why no team in Oz has been in for him, lack of trophies doesn't look good on a coaches CV.

Win sommert for us and the Saints fans can start to panic as the offers may start coming in from down under.

Glad we have gone with Baloo who stuck with us when rumours re the Bradford job were flying about. Hope he can kick us on and take us to that next level of winners.

Bringing in Kieran Purtill as assistant would be a great move IMO as long as Jammer keeps a major role on the coaching staff, thought we may be in for him when heard Saints had got shut.

Purtill has already worked with anderson at huddersfield and they know eachother well, maybe when PA returns from oz he's no's 2 will be declared?
Looking forward to PA showing hes method of coaching and who he wants to sign & release. The future looks bright.
