Yes. I listened in to the second half of their game where saints snatched a draw, their reaction to the fact the clock in the ground stopped and their subsequent belief that the game went on longer than it ought to have done was pure theatre. All that was missing was 3d glasses and some popcorn.

That's not strictly true Paul. Gwyllym Lloyd admittedly got over agitated about the whole thing but there was some balance from the other presenter.

I don't expect local radio services to be entirely without bias or preference when it comes to calling a result, but honestly I'd never heard anything so ridiculous as what I got from Radio Humberside that afternoon .... was funny, though

My personal favorite is the guy who commentates on Cas and has a seemingly endless supply of nicknames for their players as well as certain of ours. Rhys Lovegrove became Linda Lovelace for the match which must have been hard to swallow.

If the BBC do railroad through plans to cut local radio services then sports broadcasting will be much poorer for it!

Lost the plot today at 18-6 all we had to do was kick them back and then pass the ball through the line !!! But no !!! Long stupid passes forwards taking the ball standing still and defence stood back allowing HKR's four big forwards to make silly yards.

Browns obviously got a bad one and Fa'alago was holding his wrist like it was broken when he passed me coming off.

Giants were brilliant the first 30mins, game plan was spot on then two forward passes for walk in tries...which would of won the game...changed the game in favour of hull kr who went on to score two tries before half time.

from then on it was all hull kr who had big forwards who gave great go forward.

no Robinso today or Gilmour (prob rested for the leeds game)

Kevin brown went off injured in the second half with what looks like a bad leg injury...so wont see him for a while

was going well in his loose forward roll too, so looks like we will see alot more of lee in that role.

Faalogo went off injured AGAIN!!!!
