What a positive msg to send out to all players, clubs and fans alike not just in this game but to all other sports.
It is not fair to say that it is the re-installing of a previous suspended fine.
The RFL suspend fines and bans all the time.
I also heard an interview with gareth where he says that he has never heard a word of abuse from players on the pitch not even in a tackle as a sly remark.
