I have been to all 3 so far and really enjoyed them all. The only drawback is the lack of support for the event.
Supporters know the event is coming off, and could plan well ahead and fit the event into a long weekend or even a weeks holiday.
I will be setting off on the Thursday and coming back on the Tuesday.
Stopping near the "Park and ride" just outside Edinburgh, and the bus takes you right past the ground.
If you are interested Edinburgh Zoo is well worth a visit before the games start, and you can have your dinner and a drink there before you hop back onto a bus for Murrayfield which is only a couple of stops further on.

Staying at the Mortonhall Campsite, in the south of the city. We're going Friday and returning Monday or Tuesday depending on the weather.

im heading up there, been to cardiff once, not done edinburgh yet...

is it me or is there just a lack of excitement for the magic weekend in general across the board

think the novelty is wearing off now and should be scrapped... will be intresting to see the crowd figures compared to last year

I cant wait for the Magic weekend. I see it as a massive highlight of the season. Ive been to all of them so far and am counting the days until we set off on Friday!!

im going too 5 of us in cameron toll and another 8 in travelodge by airport, been to all 3 so far love it cant understand why its not better supported.

Nice to see a few Giants in the Cameron Toll Travelodge. We're there Sunday night! Couldn't go Saturday as there's summat going on at the stadium on Saturday, an unimportant football match!

l am going, but l find the price hike in Edinburgh, more than in Cardiff
hope it goes back to Wales next year, or somewhere better than now,or l won,t be going.

Driving up to Bannockburn on Saturday, out for a few beers and watch the rugby/football in Stirling and then train to Edinburgh on sunday morning a few beers, watch Fartown, another few beers and then last train back to Stirling for another few beers. Drive home on Monday morning with another 2pts in the bag (hopefully)

me and the girlfriend are going friday to monday, staying in one of the travel lodges but not sure which. been to them all so far and enjoyed them all, shame theres talk of them putting a stop to them, a major part of my year now and something i really look forward to!!!

I've got the food in ready for the breakfast on Sunday and Monday morning. Looking forward to the weekend dad you all should have a good time up here. I'll take you all on a good night out in Stirling on Saturday then we'll have a laugh in Edinburgh on Sunday.

We are going to Linwater same as last year. There were loads of Hull FC there.

sportsters at the back of waverly station or walkabouts just up the road from your hotel.
