I have heard today that Shaun LUNT has turned down a 4 year contract with the Giants as he deserves more money and fancies a shot in the NRL!
Im a big fan of his but he needs to remember where he was 18 months ago and he still has alot to learn before he is ready for the NRL.

he probably does deserve more money. If he want to go tto the NRL to become a better player then i say well done to him.
RL is a short career he may as well get out the most of it that he can.

But if he wants the NRL then he isnt going for more money
If he wants more money then its a better offer from us he wants, or another club with pots of Cash to spend (Wire? Leeds?)

I hope we tie him up for years and years to be honest but if he wants a crack at the NRL then good luck to the lad - he will be an international player soon enough i just hope its while he's with us

We have several players OOC at the end of the season so we could alwways use soem of the money saved from them to pay some extra and sign him up for 4 extra years.

sinfield is a better 9 than any English player in the comp, he's also a better defender and kicker than any 9 in the comp. he is also as good a leader as you will find in world rugby.
an England pack of peacock, sinfield, graham, ellis, burgess and o'loughlin is a must if all fit imo.
