shows the club care when it comes down to bad weather but the guy has a point. he paid to sit behind the posts maybe they should give him and the others the choice. at most grounds you have no choice.

My only thought is "Why did this rubbish get space in the press" leave the odd chap sat in the rain its a non-story "old boy wants right to be wet and cold"

Have not seen the letter so am not sure what his justifiaction is.

At the end of the day the club have the right to make operational decisions. If that means that they upgrade fans to a better seat and there is no detriment to the club or supporter then that is acceptable. if he is not happy he should be offered his money back or take the better seat.

So hes complaining about being offered a seat that a) saves the club wasting money and b) other people paid more for?

Surely hes complaining for the sake of it? Such a die-hard fan would not send their season ticket back for being upgraded.

Not sure about all this weather tosh though, surely its due to an insufficient demand, making opening behind the sticks week in week out inefficient?

So have they sold >1,500 season tickets for that stand? If so, the stand should definitely be open when we have forecasts for more clement weather!

Yes your right LF13 if they had 1500 tickets in that stand then they would obviously open it!
I know this bloke and he is someone who will complain just about anything!!
In a way I can see a reason why people would complain about not being able to sit in the FM lower as they are being messed around not knowing exactly when they will be in there, but this isn't the nature of the complaint.
Also if 1500 tickets were sold for this stand is also means not that many were sold elsewhere which is not the case.
I don't know exact numbers of tickets sold in there I keep asking, but I recall there was nowhere near a 1000 in the upper tier, where John would've been relocated, at the Bradford match and that was with additional givaways!!

I too bought season tickets for fantastic media stand because i prefer behind sticks, but recognise and thank the club for upgrade, but when ever possible would prefer the seat i bought.
