Even if we sign Lockyer or Thurston (or both!), I think it's going to be damn tough to improve on that next season, especially when you factor in the Challenge Cup. Full respect to Nathan Brown and the team. I'm proud to be a Giant regardless of what happens in the play offs. Thanks for a great season boys!

If we hadn't had one eye on the CC final against Bradford and won, we'd have finished 2nd.... So, CC final or top 2 finish, which would you prefer?

I think it would be churlish to wish for something different when we've achieved so much beyond my expectations. I'm happy with my lot, so CC Final it is.

ifs and buts if we had beat salford who are cas who we should have beat and hull fc at the start of the season and if we want in the cc final we might of beat siants the week before we would have won the league

i think its fair to say this season has exceeded all our expectations!!

think a few of us predicted/hoped for top 8/top 6 but to finish 3rd 2 points behind st helens and to finish 2nd in the cup final

is a truly remarkable achievement in my eyes

Yes, a wonderful season. We've strengthened the second row for next season, have some quality juniors coming through and Brad's back to add some direction in the middle but it'll take an almighty effort to eclipse this season... so far!

A pleasure to watch them this season. Congratulations to all concerned, but don't stop now!
