| Exactly. So we have ourselves to blame.
A few of our senior players were not in the squad to face Bradford anyway.
Poor planning by who ever was tasked to sort it.
Some clubs had 2 games in the same weekend giving their whole squad a run out.

| if we was a bigger club we would be able to afford a home pre season game but we avoid them due to costs, abit like the world club challenge we avoided that too due to costs! think we are kidding ourselves if we think we are ever going to be winning something , we are punching above our weight.

| If we were a bigger club?
Like Halifax, or Bradford or Hunslet? Who all played home friendlies.
Why could we not play a "home" game at YMCA or Lockwood park or even Batley or dewsbury (giving them the gate receipts)
It's straight up poor planning and organisation. Anderson obviously thought 2 games would be enough. Turns out we only got one and it's now an excuse for a poor start.
Doesn't wash with me I'm afraid!

none of those clubs have the costs we have to put a friendly on.
wish we could have a home friendly ever season but like i say its seems the club avoid them due to costs.
they may very well have had a home game planned but a SL team pulled out late in the day, have a go at that club for messing us about.

| It was Hull, who pulled out when the fixtures came out and saw that we had them for the first match. By that time no other SL club wanted any additional games.
We had a home game last season? Season before? and lost a fortune.

| You made more mistakes than Wigan and it cost the game.
Charnley dropped the ball with the line open.
Wardle dropped the ball a few yards from the line and might have scored if he kept hold.
Robinson knocked on 2 yards from the Wigan line at the ptb.
Cudjoe's missed tackle on Joel T cost a try but that's a difficult one as the Wigan man is very big and I don't think a one on one is going to stop him at that speed and five yards from the line.
28 games to go and you have a very good squad.
On one of the Wigan boards they want half the team sacked and that's after getting 3 points from four against two teams whom we lost both the same fixtures last year.

| Can't understand - the reason for the losses in our first 2 games was put down to a lack of pre-season games and real game situations and NOW we will benefit from a week off before the Leeds game. I'm Confused!
