Winning to nil is very impressive. Great defence.

He was VERY whistle happy - BUT for both sides- don't think he made any massively wrong decisions- although I'd hazard a guess that if the cameras were there we could have had one or two more tries given. But he was fair- consistency is all we ask.

Ref was decent. Consistent and same to both sides.

Widnes had absolutely no bounce of ball whatsoever.

I thought Giants played ok but nothing special. So very happy with 40-0.

I really hope not! We have missed him desperately this season - he has more rugby brains in his little finger than the rest of our squad in total. Not to mention that nobody else in our squad seems capable of putting boot to ball! It has to rank as one of the most bizarre and disappointing decisions we have ever made, to offload him to one of our (then) main bottom four opponents, and see him help them into the top 8's!



By the way, you guys may have reckoned this to be a disappointing season, but working your way out of the bottom four, when all seemed a bit grim, has been an outstanding achievement.



Another huge win for you next week, as we have been scrupulously fair in our treatment of 'at risk' teams - we have let them all hammer us! (to lull them into a false sense of security, come the 'Middle 8's'

We won't finish in the bottom four if we win our games. I'd rather play wire and Catalan than Wigan- and we wouldnt have to put up with the arrogant Wigan fans for a few months either!

If I've got it right, should Wigan beat Wire on Thursday we are safe in the 8 whatever we do against Leigh or Hull. Unless Catalan can score over 200 points in 2 games.

Indeed, it's also good job the club doesn't listen to the 'fans' cos if they did we would have lost (got rid of..) our entire coaching team as well as most of our 1st team players.

Thank god there was still some of us with faith !! (club apologist, ostrich and W***ker were just some of the things i was called for suggesting we give them time).
