As I said, I would never argue that he isn't good coach as people have improved, but most people just see the performance on tv and in the paper. he doesn't like conflict so shys away from it. Not a good man manager.

Sharp did seem to like conflict he had no qualms being harsh with people and look at what that did to the squad. It must be difficult to tell people they aren't playing and I don't envy him that job. There is no easy way to do it if you like people.

Bruno into 2nd row,the coach obviously doesn't believe some of the old guard can cut it anymore.

Every time I see a player interviewed they always say what a great man manager NB is and that he always explains his reason for leaving them out of the side. Last year when Danny Kirmond went on loan to Wakefield he specifically said that he wasn't keen on the move and it was only when NB took him to one side and explained he still had a future at the club that he agreed to it. Jermaine Macgillevary said that when he was dropped at the end of the season one of the things that made it more palatable was that NB took him to one side, explained why he had been dropped and what he could do to ensure it never happened again. Both Andy Raleigh and Eorl Crabtree have said live on the Radio that NB is a great man manager.

What we do need is the old guard coming in and doing the biz,and not dummy spitting.

I'm sure the likes of Mase,Eorl & Griff would only be too happy if that happened.

no one is dummy spitting?? but people are allowed to be annoyed when told one thing then another happens, then inexperienced centres are put in your favoured position especially after a huge loss where defence was nowhere to be seen. If he changed the side after a close loss to wakey in the awful weather he should make several changes to a full team who got battered on a nice day in wigan

Yeah but after all that is said and done it's gone tats up lately and yet still your fave has not been selected.

The way Horne & Raleigh have gone this time,I'm not that surprised he has given Bruno the opportunity in the 2nd row.

Hardley the past, Andy still has 2 years to go with the club, but being in for 1 out for 5, when fit, hardly allows you to get a roll on and show what you can do. raleigh was starting to get a roll on until he got solomonas finger in the eye and he cut his cornea and iris, this after coming back from a pre season cut eye at wakefield, he has the 16 shirt so obviously has something to offer, so when fit against the lowest club why not get him back up to speed?

not sure what you are talking about and i dont have a copy but my 'fave' has played since then. youre wrong if you think a hit from that long ago has sway for tomorrows game. how many of our players have been hit and dropped the ball, missed tackles, caused overlaps, hit our own payers when tackling the opposition??? loads and loads. there is no justifyable reason why a centre is in the pack when we have at least 4 forwards in the squad who have trained in that area and played in that position all their lives.

Well you can blather on all you like but your fave is out of the 17,and from my own point of view I am not unhappy about it.Believe me if I had seen summat special this time from your fave I would have been calling on here for your fave to be in the 17.

But right now now your fave looks like yesterdays man,sorry to say.

Personally I think this is not the place to be airing frustrations of this nature on a public forum, and probably as run it's course, clearly it's not getting us anywhere - maybe a mod should close this chapter.

If 'my favourite player' starts dominating rucks we will love him once again,until that time,thanks for some great memories.

I like raleigh, he's the sort of player who does nowt fancy, nowt special but puts in the hard work and is a pretty solid player- however I do think that his time is over at second row because of the way the team plays rather than him- there is still a place for him in the front row and with talk of griff moving on then he may just have to wait a bit longer. In a squad game some just have to miss out. It's a shame but it has to happen.

Message to 'my favourite player' stop the dummy spitting and run it in just as tough as Eorl,Griff & Mace.

I like Raleigh too, he's a good hard worker, but I do think he goes up instead of down in tackles, which stops him making the yards Eorl/Griff/LOD do.
