he has played 9 for Leeds for years taking on the role when diskin had his rest on the bench. and often controls the play from dummy half which Is really what the hooker does right? The fact he was first choice hooker or dummy half controler for England would suggest he Is a recognised hooker.

3 or 4 better Hookers about IMHO, not quick enough from acting half TBH

Pretty average IMO. Lunt is far better as is Robinson. As apparently is Sinfield.

Hooker as we all know is probably one of the key positions in the modern game. diskin had a full knee reconstruction, players through the play offs with a broken hand not only is he one of the best defenders in the comp he is hard as nails. he was also in ts planned england squad before withdrawing due to having off season surgery in 09. He is also in his testimonial season at 27 years old

I agree re Lunt 100% I just have a problem with people who think disco is average, he has proved quite the opposite throughout his career. Lunt looks the real deal for sure.

I quite rate Diskin myself. Up to him suffering his knee injury he had a storming season and was doing well in the Tri Nations series. But...... I really don't see the point in comparing either him or Sinfield with Shaun Lunt, especially when your average Leeds fan will have seen maybe 200 minutes of Lunt in total. He's a relative unknown.

Diskin and Sinfield are quality players; so what? That doesn't make Lunt any better or worse.
