Was extremely boring, but that's what happens when teams are allowed to mess around in the rucks all night. It's hard to get any advantage forward whatsover. The RFL have brought it on themselves. It's a shame considering the NRL series this year has been awesome to watch.

That was with out doubt the biggest load of tripe since the Salford debacle at home - that effort was pathetic. I bet people were turning off in their thousands.

Oh and I can drag my backside to Huddersfield to support the team why cant the people of Huddersfield! Pathetic.

I seriously wonder whether the town deserve a Super League team - even 2000 odd season ticket holders couldnt be bothered to show up. It really was a sorry state of affairs tonight. What a pathetic end to a great season.

Never mind. We've got David Fa,alongo (sp) to look forward to next season. I hope he will be worth the season ticket price alone

Was a poor game. Shabby play from both teams stopped much of an offensive game, bar the few chances taken (and bombed).

We would've done better if we could muster up a decent effort in attack, same play every single time (just about).

we would do better if we had a stand off of some sort on the pitch, missed brown loads tonight, we need to sign at least another half back for next year.

I thought greg bird was awesome tonight. He was a very good leader fir Catalan with some good tough tackles.

I think the French more than matched you in forwards and took there chances.

It's been good season for giants and with your signings for next year it's looking pretty good for 2010.

yes i think we will be stronger and hopefully wiser in 2010, the cup defeat coupled with the loss of brown seemed to leave us flat for the back of the season, poor finish to a great season, roll on next year.

No attacking penetration.

Both the two playoff games and the CC Final both had one key ingredient missing, Kev Brown.

Seems he does a lot that goes unseen in our attack.

Really poor atmosphere.

Huddersfield just didn't turn up and had that been the only time you'd watched Huddersfield all season you'd have thought they were a bottom of the table team.

I know Catalans were great in defence but Huddersfield threw nothing at them and never changed tactics.

Apart from the CC semi I don't think I've seen one good Giants performance (as a neutral) on the TV.

I'd be interested to see what their record on Sky is this year.I bet its not far off atrocious?

I've never rated keV brown and IMO he won't make a good stand off as long has he lives.

From nathan browns comments after the game I don't think he rates him either.

He seems to do a ok job but IMO if the giants want to kick on they need a better stand off than kev brown.

we've had this problem for a number of years now, off the top of my head i can only think of 5 or 6 games where we have played well in front of the tv cameras
leeds and saints at home in 2003
wigan away in 2005
leeds in the 2006 semi
hull kr last year at home and this seasons semi

I think you also missed Shaun Lunt and his sniping runs from dummy half to get the Catalans on the back foot. Neither Moore or Fulton came close to giving you that.

in my opinion YES - i said after about 5 minutes of him not been on the pitch at Wembley we were missing/will miss him and we certainly have !
