but that doesn't alter the fact that Catalans are a disgrace. High shots, forearms in the face at every opportunity, just plain dirty. Walters' comments in the press worked IMO; we weren't as aggressive as usual and Catalans turned up the heat. A half decent team (which we could not claim to be this evening) will give them a good pumping and I'll be cheering them on all the way.

I haven't claimed we're angels. And you'll have a job finding another post I've made making the same comments about any other game in my 2,000+ posts. Like I said, I expect Catalans to get a good shoeing in their next game when they play a decent side. We were not a decent side this evening.

Both teams were at it, but why did the ref allow it? It was the same at the Saints game, far too much holding down, flops, turning people over after the tackle is complete, but players will do it if the ref allows it.

They played a great game and were better than us on the night hats off to Catalans, best team won on the night.
