Quote ="Danril"Nathan Brown is looking after himself and his family's interests as best he can and part of that is doing his job to the best of his ability whilst he's here. At some point he will leave. It may be this year or at the end of next year. Either way the club has progressed while he has been here and with Baloo signing a 2 year extension he now seems to be the next in line to take over and continue the progression when the time comes.
Winning a trophy wont be the single decisive factor in him staying or going. The right opportunity at the right club in the NRL will be the decisive factor in him leaving before his contract ends, otherwise it will be him simply fulfilling his contractual obligations. Nathan leaving us will be a sad day when it comes because he has been a forthright, honest and extremely talented coach who has developed the club from top to bottom in the areas he's responsible for. Some people may not like how he apparently puts himself across but these people need to remember that they're reading snippets of the full tale on webpages and that if they get the chance to hear full interviews then they may well see that the printed words are frequently misleading and sensationalised.
Maybe it would be better if such people went to the proper lengths to find out exactly what was said before passing comment or judgement on it and then took the time to convey that opinion in a coherant, legible fashion such that it doesn't attract the derision it otherwise arguably deserves.'"
Well spoken, only an idiot could argue with that
Cue idiots
