| Licensing really has been a failure in every single regard, just as most people always said it would be. Be interesting to see how The Championship attendances improve, should see a huge increase. Would love to know what Richard Lewis makes of it all, if he'd be willing to hold his hands up and admit he made a catastrophic mistake or if he still insists a team in the Outer Hebrides is much more important to the sport than competitive entertaining games.

| On Sunday evening Talk Sport? Eddie Hemlock (Sky) was talking to Brian Moore saying it was a shame licensing had gone, as with the French and London finishing bottom in previous seasons they would probably gone by the way side.

| Let's just wait and see how we get on in the middle 8s before thinking this system is any better.

| Hope is better than no hope, it will be an uphill battle for the 4 champ clubs in the 8 but that chink of light will be visible to all - I personally believe at least 1 team will be promoted and that the FT teams not promoted will be even stronger in 2016

| Lewis won't even watch the sport now he's not paid £300k a year that's if he ever did.
He's best left squandering sport England's money on trying to create the next Timothy Henman!!
Good riddance to a man who will long live in the memory of RFL for all the wrong reasons

| It's astonishing isn't it.
Had licenscing been still here we'd be hoping for 3000 at our first home game on Sunday.
Any pro sport in this country needs to have promotion and relegation. At least the footie fans in my local will stop telling me how daft I am to watch a sport where clubs can only go down and not up
Richard Lewis was a RU plant who denied on TV that the LSV existed even after he had been there.

Had that been the case, we almost certainly wouldn't have been playing Bradford on Sunday!

| No we wouldn't Alan because they'd still be in Superleague or Non Relegation league as I used to call it.

Least this fella has some RL background.
Warrington always interest me, claim to be this massive club in fact the RFL release says they are one of the biggest in the world. We play Bradford and as one of our former BOM just pointed out to me when you cut out the BS its the 2nd division we play them in yet have pre game sales of 5K. Warrington play St George in a world club challenge game and after 2 months of being on sale have sold 7K. Great pretenders are Warrington...
