Well, never mind that we didn't get the right result last Friday, that great reception which we gave to our lads at the end of the match was just typical of how proud we Leythers are and support our team at all times - not just when we are winning.







Contrast that to our "friends" up the road who seem to take winning for granted but "disappear" before the end when things don't go their way.







So, I thought, we've got to get a little tune out of that - so here it is.

Because they're our local rivals, that's part of the fun of a supporting a sports team is having banter and a laugh with another local club. Let's have a bit of a dig and Wigan AND sing about the great team we have here in Leigh!

I saw Gregory at Crusaders-Swinton on Sunday as well.

John when you are fixed like I am ,sitting down is one of the only options for me , I struggle standing up for any length of time ,believe me im done my share of standing at the Railway End at Hilton Park , but health issues make this not possible anymore , well not for the length of a Game .Charlie .

Tony , Andy likes watching Leigh , though he described last nights game as Brutal and Hard ,he says he will be back to watch other games , as for him being at the Wales v Swinton game , he is very good friends with Ian Watson .

Can hardly call Wigan our local rivals we haven't been real rivals since 2005 when we were briefly in SL.

How often do you see folk, especially youngsters walking through Leyth with Wigan colours on. Way too often for my liking or the good of LCRLFC
