Ok ladies & Gents, Boys and Girls its coming up to the business end of the season and I hope we are ready to turn out in numbers again to get behind the boys like never before.

The next few days and weeks will see some really exciting news coming out of the club further demonstrating our ambition as a club and showing that we mean business not just on the pitch but off it to.

The BOM, LSV, Coaching Staff, Support staff (paid and voluntary), Players, LISA & TDC etc are ready for the challenges that lie ahead and as its proved time and time again the players draw energy from our vocal following and 18th man so lets show in the final couple of home league games were not just ready to make up the numbers in these play offs were looking to earn a place in a Grand Final and add another piece of silverware to the NRC and go into a very important season next year competing for SL on a real high on and off the paddock.

Come on leythers lets show our pride and passion once again and drive our boys all the way!!!

too right just skimmed through the game on friday on CTV we lost but once again a shift in defence was done.

Not thinking too far ahead lets just focus on getting a good result against haven on sunday. Batley and Dews can wait and so can the playoffs.

Andy I think you find the Majority of Leythers all feel the same way as you do , I personally will never stop supporting the Team , in any way I can contribute , with one Trophy already at the LSV , it is definitely within our capabilities to win the GF ,than focus on what lies ahead next season .Probably see ya Sunday ,Charlie knows .

Having just watched the Sheffield game I am sure there is more to come from our team. A Sheff supporter stated on this board that he thought the game was their best of the season (or words similar). Though we did not play our best, the game could have easily have gone our way with a couple of balls sticking and a different view of things from the ref a time or two. Not complaining about the ref or the loss though, my point is, I believe that on our day we are, right now, the best team in this division. I also believe that we are only going to get better for the rest of this season and the next.
I believe in Leigh !

andy ....any chance that leigh will sign tom spencer for next season on a full time contract....he would be a great asset as the last two season's have shown......

Would be a bit strange and expensive to put one player on a full time contract when the rest of the squad is part time.

Tom is contracted to Wigan and has a good deal so it won't be easy but our football directors will look at all options I'm certain.

Doubt there is a fan WHO STILL GOES who would not want Spenner at Leigh next season but until we get more fans through the gates' even though I want us to sign him' I would expect him to get signed by a full time club.

Was told today a young Wigan lad won £250k on Deal or no Deal come on Leythers one of you win the lottery.
