Bob Beswick, Ryan Brierly and Paul Rowley have all been nominated in this years Championship Awards along with new signing Sean Penky

I would love to be there to see us walk off with at least one of those awards.

I think Given the circumstances P.Rowley will get the Award and to be honest he probably deserves it if he lifts the GF Cup...I wouldnt mind him at Fev if we ever loose DP.

Now now Cushy , you know DP wont leave you , if he does you have Robin and Sidnee to take over , as for PR , FOR ME HE IS NAILED ON as coach of the year , and fully deserves it .

Heard yesterday that Fev's coach is joining Bradford.

Re coach of the year on the amount of money we were able to spend on players it has got to be PR.

Duffs reckons he's nominated for the Community award, (which he won last year) again.

I reckon finn is rightly favourite for player of the year, beswick has been great, but finn imo is a different class. Brierly wont win, not played enough game time imo. As for coach, well if rowley does not win it theres something wrong.

I know for a fact that he wants Finn as our scrum half next season and that Finn wants to come to us. Negotiations have already started. We will find out about 6 30pm a week on Sunday.

Told me he was going over at the request of the RFL to check out the pitch markings, for adjudication on forward passes, after the video ref admitted he thought Leigh were playing away from the Railway end in the second half, not towards it!

Don't know where you got that one frank? He did say he was signing a couple of 'aggressive' forwards to 'put Finn under pressure', or words to that effect, for next season.
