Would loved to have seen your face when you got to an empty ground (so think yourself lucky you got caught in a traffic jam)

I was coming the other way past it - 9 1/2 miles of solid traffic.

It wasn't an overturned car though, it looked more like a small white car - a Micra or Smart? - had cut across in front of a waggon. Not nice. Also about two miles up there was a second shunt involving about three cars.

And a four car shunt on my side, in the 'fast' lane.. Guess who was too bust looking at the traffic jam east bound?

I remember not looking at the club website when we played Widnes away. Thinking it was a 3pm kickoff I had just turned off the M62 and Jack Dearden said on the radio that they were just going to kick off the second half at Widnes vs Leigh game. Gutted went right around the roundabout and back to Bramhall. It's never happened since.

Good news. There's no traffic issues on m62 today

There were issues at about 6.30 tonight in almost exactly the same place.
