Although, why are then t-shirts a tenner on ebay and only a fiver on the club website?

The £9.99 includes Postage. From that we have to take the price of shipping, eBay fees and Paypal Fees. And, mostly, we are trying to raise as much money as we can to keep the club afloat.

We have listed a few more items this afternoon including a signed ladies shirt and a signed away shirt. I have also left messages on all the other teams forums asking for their support. I would appreciate it if you would all keep have a look at the other boards and give them gentle reminders. Thanks in advance

If you're interested I have a few things that wouldn't particularly interest Leythers but might interest a Saints fan EG a mini Steeden rugby ball signed by both Leon Pryce and Paul Wellens at the 2007 Challenge Cup final when they shared the Lance Todd Trophy.

I also have two 2006 Lance Todd Trophy place card things (so everyone knows where to sit). There is an Alex Murphy/Andy Gregory one which is signed by both of them and Sean Long (who won the Lance Todd that year), and I also have Sean Long's table card which has 'Lance Todd Winner 2006' printed on it as well as his name. This is also signed by Sean.

I probably have some other strange bits knocking around - the might not be worth a lot of money but they are unique.

Anyway you're welcome to put them on the site if you want them.

BTW I possibly have a spare copy of the souvenir 'brochure' of when Leigh became champions of the Slalom Lager league in 1981/82. I have a mint copy which I obviously want to keep but if I can find the other you're welcome to that too.

I've just found something that made me laugh but I'm not sure it would be of any use to anyone.

It's a record called 'Up and Under' made by the England rugby league team of 1975 who just happened to be the World Champions. Included are Alex Murphy, Roger Millward, the Chisnall brothers, Parry Gordon, Barry Philbin, Les Doyl, Mick Morgan and others.

I have two copies of this and if it's any use you can have one of them (I've never even played them).

I also have an Alex Murphy 20 year testimonial brochure (he was at Warrington at this time).

A Parry Gordon 20 year testimonial brochure (again at Warrington).

These are all things I have multiple copies of so I don't mind letting them go. and they're all in very tidy condition.

Oh and a couple of rugby books.

You know I had a couple of copies of that and I've never heard it (because I don't have a record player). I'd totally forgotten they were there but I'm going to see if I can get my man to convert it.
