Think our backs should be fine with the addition of Evans (if he's available) Our pack might struggle on monday, almost a role reversal of our opening game with Fev when their pack was struggling.

At Fev I would evaluate the knocks and rest anyone carrying one, so I expect Meekin, Nicholson, Hopkins, Gorski, Higson, Pownall to get good game time.

We dont need to beat Fev but we need to beat Barrow, and we have a long season ahead with too many injuries in the pack to take risks.

Millward says in the Reporter that no injuries were picked up and i'm sure it said in an article about Evans that he is straight in the squad for Fridays game

Same on Monday, Fev are top to stay at the top when they are on level games with us we need to beat them, but Id be happy with a bonus point as it will be a hard game, seeing they played a sneaky one and cancelled their game this week.

I've got a feeling there may be some rotation going on to keep the squad fresh. I think he'll give Nanyn tomorrow off and play him monday and rest Armstrong monday. Can see Higson getting a game over easter too along with Gorski.

Nico had a good game in the reserves last week, supported well by Pownall. 34 - nil at half time with both of them scoring and nico running the show. That said the reserves are at home against Whitehaven on saturday !

Duffs is one helluva player we went off the boil in the first half when he had to go off at Fax and similarly in the late second half when Littler Ellis and Hill were subbed.
