This board is primarily viewed and commented on by Leythers. We have one thing in common and that is to support our club as best we can.
When one of us criticises a player for whatever reason what is wrong with that ?
My view is he is an exceptionally good goalkicker and a prolific point scorer.Last season against Dewsbury at our place Batley at our place and one or two other places he cost us points and more than he scored. Not all the backs who oppose him kick goals of course.
When you consider the games we lost last season'and I am not blaming that all on him' what will change things this coming season in our presently announced backline ?

theres nothing wrong with criticism as long as its founded on truth for instance how can you attribute points conceded to him when theres a player either side of him as well?
he was our top points score by miles last season and your slagging him over a couple of "in your opinion" missed tackles. thats the same as someone saying about james taylor "oh yes he does a lot of tackling but he doesnt score many points" |
