OK. They deserved to win bot there were a few contentious decisions which helped the Green n Gold today. Time we had neutral refs/officials methinks.

Their 2nd, 3rd and 4th would have definitely been chalked off if we had scored them.

There was moments in the game that seemed to go against us - the basketball Try, and the knock on over the line, also the Cudjoe break was unlucky for example. But have to say I thought when England scored the 1st Try we had them rattled. When we took the 2 points right on their line I thought it was a big mistake psychologically.

Don't be silly, the ref had a poor game but it wasn't deliberate. He missed a blatant forward pass but his TJ who was inline didn't help. The VR gave "benefit of doubt" which was fair enough but the "Refs Call" should therefore have also been a benefit of the doubt.
We were nowhere near good enough, blaming the ref is a refusal to accept the reality.

Going on about our backs did O'Loughlin play at stand off if so what is it with our coaches sticking loose forwards at stand off. We tried it years ago with Farrell & for me it doesn't work not against somebody like Lockyer!!!

I have to agree with the last post, Steve Mac is not upto the England job.

there are no english coaches currently in SLE who are good enough to coach at international level.the best english coaches are in the CC imo and even they would need help from an aussie.

Reffy.......... he was appalling and so was the VR, for the Tate TRY, the TJ (who was Childs) called it a No Try at the time , only to be over-ruled by the waltzing matildas.
Their officials either in coaching,refereeing or admin are so far up their own backsides it proved quicker to get the Chilean miners out of their deep hole than those inept clowns to see light of day.

Well i'm afraid i watched most of second half on fast forward ,just can't seem to stomach the Aussies scoring i feel like punching each and everyone of them smirking gits and all i can say now is COME ON NEW ZEALAND !!!!!!!!!!! ,hope they knock them into next month, oh and i'm not bitter in the slightest

Aussie Refs have always favoured there own and, always will! Its our daft lot like Ganson etc who 'try' to be impartial

Has any Aussie Ref dismissed an Aussie player in the early stages of a Test Match in OZ ? Morley and Edwards got their marching orders here though! I'm not suggesting they should not have gone however, I was in the Sydney Football Stadium in 1992 when Aussie prop Harrigan 'pole axed' Ian Lucas he wasn't dissmissed nor was Willie Mason years later for his 'attack' on Fielden and Long!! It'll never change.
