well i nearly started a new thread titled 'Bump' just before half time but I would look a bit of a *** right now....sounds like it was an amazing game and your boys showed some real character to come back from that...

What a game the players really dug deep today but the man of the match goes to the 18th man. What a great atmosphere from the crowd they sung there harts out the lads. I think they made the difference in the second half.

We didn't miss his missed tackles or lack of pace Pitman's doing a sterling job especially defensively.

Beswick was unreal again today, he's never talked about as much as the likes of brierley and spenner but he really is an integral part of our team! changed the game today, he got the lads up for it and also give them a kick up the . Can tell how much the players value him as he's a team leader and I've just seen a picture of him playing the guitar for them on the team bus haha

I hope there is a cracking soundtrack with it, was spectacularly noisy in the stand today

Difficult to get a real atmosphere on camera sound when there are commentators unless we take along a sound mixer and extra Mics and the (Laughable) gantry at Fax is shared by the disabled and there aint enough room, but managed to get some in though, both Highlights and Game are loading as I type highlights should be 'live' soon but looking like later for game.

I just watched the highlights and cannot wait to see the whole game. That was one heck of a comeback and is made all the better by the quality of the team we did it against. Well done to the lads and coaching team, and a big thumbs up to every supporter that made the trip.
Paul's post game interview was also very interesting as he stood very strongly behind Sam Barlow and all the team.
Great result and makes the table look very good for us. Tough games ahead but we have the team to face them

I also thought Bob Beswick was outstanding today, He for one was the player who got all the lads into a huddle after Barlow was red carded. I would have loved to have heard what was said in that huddle as it sure did help to galvanise the remaining 12 players on the field.

I know this goes without saying and another one of our players who has a high level of performance week in week out is Tommy Goulden. This lad is a machine who never stopped working his backside off all afternoon. Another outstanding performance from him.

I would still suggest a couple of little tweaks to our team but that is for another day.

What a game yesterday, my heart can not withstand many more matches like this.

Well just watched that again and must say the sin bins ref got both wrong.
Barlows was a fair tackle bracek reacted and caused the afters , and it was Tonks and emmett who clashed , acton did nought.
Didn't see what happened when Sam went off but I don't think it would have happened if Tonks and co weren't trying to wind him up all game and the week leading up to the game . Sending off suffient I say !
Tonks was lucky to stay on the field I reckon. Fax fans saying we were dirty, don't make me laugh !!

the way i saw both sin bin incidents was that the fax player in both cases was the instigator and both ours were for retaliation. I had no idea how he mixed acton and emmitt up at the time and still have no clue how he managed it



if you watch sam's he made a great tackle then something went on as they go down and sam clearly throws a punch in, you could see that from the east stand as well.

Tonks was the the main culprit in the second but the ref was trying to calm the game down a bit at that stage.

No complaints at one each being binned just a shame he got the wrong man with acton.

Both those incidents were vital though as fax were well on top at that stage and then stopped playing rugby and never really recovered.

and send off sufficient i suspect for sam on the second one, depends on what the officials put in their reports, he let them get to him and it sort of worked but not quite the outcome the fax boys had hoped in the end
