Richard has done a good job this year as spencer as but neither are first choice and I think neither are good enough for super league (if we get there) what do we do as a club? Sign people up who are good championship players or take a risk and wait and see if we can give super league contracts out? Players will move on not because there is bad blood maybe cause they get offered more money or guarented super league in armstrongs case

Exactly. Tom is ambitious in life and no doubt in RL as well.

He is 27 next birthday and as much as he would like to stay with Leigh, he has been offered a guaranteed Super League shot next year. Something Leigh can not offer him at this present time.

Tom A's attitude on SM seems first class, I trust its not bravado, and seems intent on giving it his best shot to help us achieve our dream. Richard is absolutely correct. He actually signed a Leigh deal until the end of 2017. You know what , furthermore he actually signed his 2017 Leigh deal on 13/04/2016.

I must advise that Jake Emmitt also signed a Leigh contract up until the end of 2018 , and Ryan Brierley had signed a contract with Leigh to take in this seasons middle 8's. I am sorry to say that sadly both Jake and Ryan have departed and will play no further part.
