A bit of both. Superb second half by Leigh but Barrow collapsed and were pretty shambolic at the end. Leigh scored some very classy tries tonight, two in particular were out of the top drawer. However our first half defence was simply awful. Barrow need to spend some of their money on improving their floodlights: in all honesty it was an insult to spectators and reminded me of Hilton Park on a foggy night i the sixties. It's not good enough.

Great result, excellent comeback, congrats.

We were sitting beside Nigel Wright. His body language and expression in the second half had me feeling sorry for him. Des came out of the Directors' Box just after half time to offer him some advice. I wonder if he took it? (Raiders were winning 26-16 at the time)

Fair play to Wright though - as soon as the hooter went, he rushed down to pitchside and shook everyone's hand, on the Leigh bench.

Well done to all the singers tonight you where the 14 man you lifted the lads to make a great come back, i hav'nt felt that proud in a long time.

Just got home now, brilliant result. 1st half was poor and left us with lots of work to do but the lads were equal to the task. The effort tonight was fantastic to see and our lads, even when being spanked early doors, were never going to settle for the bonus point and went all out for the win. Had a great day out. Beating barrow away is always tough but to do it with plenty of injuries is fantastic. Even better from 14 - 0 down. Just hope we can get a few bodies back for the widnes game!!

All joking aside...what a great 65 minutes of a performance that was. Barrow were understandably and clearly up for it. We were caught cold with an unsettled team. I was there a couple of years ago when we conced 74 or similar, and I am sure a few people's minds were going back to that and thinking öh no, not again (come on be honest!).

But credit to Millward as his team talk really seemed to have sent them out with their heads screwed on, and were even able to turn on the style despite being behind for long periods..

Great win, when i was going to work at ten to six it was 18 6, then i got a text off Roman Officer to tell me it was 26 all, then to here the final score absolutely brilliant, sounded like you sang your hearts out for the lads as well, just wish i could have been there, well done to team and fans.

Barrow had scored 3 tries by the time we'd even had our second or third set of possession, 2 tries came straight from winning the ball from their own kick off and another from a wonky bounce of the ball from an up and under.

After we'd settled it down and got some possession we battered them all over the park. I said to Matt after 25 minutes that we'd win this and he asked me how much I'd been drinking!



First try after half time was the important one, from there we kicked on and virtually nilled them until they scored deep into injury time (from another bloody kick

we need to look at that a bit more)

Nanyn's last try came from a pass that was about 3 days forward and straight in front of us. Maybe if the floodlights actually lit up the corners and the wings, the ref would have seen it.
