Think Kellys right,brush it aside and concentrate on the cups that mean most to us.ie the ones that allow us to apply for duper league if we win or qualify

lets be honest we all know what nk is doing, he's an experienced coach, when we get beaten heavily, he can say well we can now concentrate on the important things like nrc, and the league, a sensible plan nk.

NK,s attempt to play down 2morrows game is a master stroke and we will probably win quite comfortably judging by the team Wakefield have announced and taking into account the discontent in their camp which I have just made up.

I would certainly hope so, little tougher to win the CC than the NRC although you have to come to Halifax in NRC so you can forget that one!!

Seriously though, I am sure the criteria says appear in Grand Final or win a Cup, so that would suggest the CC counts. And to be honest, if Leigh win the CC then they should get automatic entry to Duper League

I want us to win every game, regardless of the competition. None is more important than the other as far as I'm concerned.

We should be aiming to do well in every comp and go as far as possible in every comp we're in, not dubbing them as distractions, what message does this send out to the players? It's going to be interesting to see how we play and how we do tonight - I'd rather us go on a CC run than a NRC run.

i think it sends out the message that Mr Kelly is thinking realistically and see's other things as a priority.

Well i think NK is correct it is a game we could do without. What happens if we pick up injuries and yes i know they can be picked up in any game but next week we do have 2 hard matches close together and then France the following weekend and personally i think Wakefield will be out to put things right after last week.Lets face it we will not be at Wembly this year but i would like to be proved wrong.

Looking at both draws I reckon you might have to put your hopes on hold until next year.........but I suppose anything can happen on the day.

Whichever team we are playing in whichever competition i'd expect the team to 'bust a gut' - injuries can and will be picked up at any level of Rugby League as it's the toughest sport going.

We know at the start of the season we'll be entering 3 competitions and we should plan/train/sign enough players accordingly to try and see us through all 3 as well as possible.

TBH i think getting injured will be the last things on their mind, they must love playing the game and i'm sure anyone who' played the game will know your player will be giving 100% tonight. What have they got to lose?

Like i said yes play your hardest when there is reward ie 3 points but not when the only outcome is a loss how many times have sl clubs put out an inferior side when playing lower clubs as they dont want injuries interfering with league games. I hope im proved wrong tonight and the lads win but not at a cost.

I am sure NK has been playing it down with his quotes and words on purpose and will be wanting to win this game just like any other.

well just to say, i thought despite the predictability of the score, we did pretty damned well, was proud of our boys tonight, never gave up and kept going till the end, yes we were outclassed, and they are more skillful, with more pace. However on saying that, they flaming well should be, ft sl squad, and a very good sl team imo, but one thing we matched them with was our committment and desire, very proud tonight.

Why pass a ball to a player 'steaming' through a gap, when you can give out a hospital pass ? They tried their best, but not for the last time this season, just not good enough.
