All I get is a machine telling me to press whatever number to buy a ticket. You press an option then get another talking machine message asking you to select other options. I could book online but that way I can,t get a seat where I want to be.
This is very frustrating not to mention annoying.

I read somewhere that on certain voice message things where you have to press a number, if you leave it and don't press anything it takes you through to a 'human' voice because it thinks you have an old fashioned phone with out buttons (cant remember what there called
). But like i said ive never tried it, but it could be worth a try.
